At Chaffetz Lindsey, Diego worked on a variety of international disputes, representing and advising some of the largest companies in the western hemisphere.
Diego began his legal career at the São Paulo office of Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he worked on securities, credit, and project finance transactions. His work has included representing borrowers in syndicated lending and construction-financing transactions and representing leading international underwriters and Latin American issuers in a variety of Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings.
